LES MARINETTES
Les Marinettes are women. All women.
They carry the traces of the world within them: wounds, scars, imposed silences, inherited expectations. They know the weight of judgment, the pressure of social norms and constraints that confine bodies and restrict souls.
And yet,
Les Marinettes rise again.
They move forward.
They dance.
Freed from dictates, they reinvent their own space of freedom.
Their movements hold a strength that is both fragile and powerful:
the strength of life that endures against all odds. They deny neither suffering nor their flaws:
they move through them, transform them, and wear them as marks of existence.
Each sculpture becomes a living presence, a breath, a surge of energy.
An ode to inner freedom.
A tribute to women's resilience.
Les Marinettes celebrate the beauty of imperfection, the dignity of those who stand tall, and the hope that survives even after the storms.
They remind us that one can be wounded yet radiant, vulnerable yet strong, constrained and then free.
They dance because they are alive.
And because dancing is already a victory.
